BREAKFAST: A continental style buffet breakfast taken in the homely kitchen (included in B&B rates) Subject to local availability, we hope to provide a selection of fresh fruits, breads, pancakes, cheeses and cold meats, toast, preserves, cereals and yoghurts; teas, coffees and fruit juices.

 

LINENS: Provision of fresh bed-linen, towels and tea-towels is included in the above rates, and during long stays these will be refreshed every 7 days when the accommodation will also be serviced.

 

GAS & ELECTRICITY: Energy supplied to the self-catering properties is included within the weekly rental costs. In the interests of both economy and ecology, guests are expected to be careful with, and not wasteful of fuel.

 

CHECK IN & OUT: Rooms and self-catering properties are normally available for guests between 4.00 and 6.00 pm and up to 9.00pm for late ferries. For arrival outside of these times, please ensure the time has been pre-arranged with our manager.

Please vacate the premises by 10.30am upon day of leaving .

 

GREEN ISSUES: Redburn House actively supports recycling of waste products and would request that guests participate in this as far as is possible.

Bio-degradable cleaning and tissue products are used at Redburn House as far as availability allows.

 PETS: Redburn House operates a general no-pets policy. However, our twin B&B room has a separate entrance lobby which can successfully house a small/medium sized well-behaved dog if necessary, as do our Boathouse and Studio s/c accommodation.

Dogs must not be allowed anywhere near the soft furnishings. If this rule is not adhered to, the letting will be terminated and we reserve the right to charge for professional cleaning.

 We make a charge of £10.00 per stay for a dog, £30 per stay/week in the self-catering. Owners must ensure all dog waste is picked up in the garden and deposited in the dustbin .

 

BREAKAGES: please report /note all breakages, to enable our manager to arrange replacement /repairs. Please note that with the exception of fair wear and tear, guests will be expected to replace breakages caused through misuse or carelessness .
